Our Beliefs

  • We believe the one and true God, the creator of the universe, reveals himself to humanity as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe that through man’s disobedience, the relationship between God and man was severed.  Thus, resulting in the need of a savior.
  • We believe in Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God.  That He was born of a virgin (Mary), and was fully God and fully human.
  • We believe that Jesus Christ was crucified on a cross, died and was buried, serving as the sacrifice for humanity’s sins and transgressions against God, thus providing restoration and reconciliation for the relationship between God and Man.
  • We believe that Jesus was risen from the dead and ascended into heaven, where he now pleads the case of the believer to the Father
  • We believe that the comforter (the Holy Spirit), guides the heart of man to admit and confess their sins thus trusting through the life of Jesus to receive forgiveness for those sins.
  • We believe that the Holy Scriptures (Holy Bible) is the authoritative fully inspired word of God.  That through its illumination and revelation provided by the Holy Spirit, provides the clear understanding of who God is and why man needs Him.
  • We believe that through a surrendered life unto Jesus Christ, that one is not only promised a hope of a future, but a hope for the present found through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit in the believer’s life.
  • We believe that it is through the body of Christ, the church, that the mission and will of God is made known to the World.  This most effectively being accomplished through the commitment and service to those in reach of our local communities and influence.
